What We Do in Northern Sweden

IVL works closely with businesses, municipalities, and regional organisations in Norrbotten and Västerbotten to support the green industrial transition and sustainable development taking place across the region. We collaborate on projects ranging from energy transition and climate action to circular resource flows and community transformation.

At IVL’s office in Northern Sweden, a growing team of experts works closely with partners to develop solutions for the green industrial transition, electrification, and the sustainable battery value chain, as well as more circular and climate-efficient approaches to community development.
