EPD International AB is looking for an analytical Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) Expert with a nerdy interest in digital processes. Are you driven by digital data highways, implementing LCA in regulatory frameworks as well as the automation of LCA/EPD Tools? About the role
We are looking for a curious and driven engineer/scientist who will support EPD International and its clients to drive our data driven organizations and LCA/EPD solutions to scale. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the future digital blueprints for environmental performance reporting of products and services.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role you bring:
- Master in industrial engineering, industrial ecology, environmental engineering or similar (PhD meritorious)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience (PhD is recognised)
- Proficiency in life cycle assessment resp. method
- Familiarity with various LCA/ EPD reporting formats and ISO/ EN standards EN 15804, ISO 22057, ILCD+EPD)
- Familiarity with LCA/EPD tools is meritorious
- Familiarity with LCA verification and validation

You should be comfortable integrating into multidisciplinary teams and working in multicultural environments. Additionally, you should have a keen ability to understand clients' needs and provide clear, proactive, and problem-solving solutions. An interest in digitising Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and working with digital formats is essential. Above all, you are passionate about making a positive, green impact!
